ORDERING

Is there an age requirement ?

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products.

How can I order?
  1. Go to our shop
  2. Select a product category on the left.
  3. Select a product.
  4. If you have found a product that you like, choose the weight.
  5. Select add to cart.
  6. When you’re done adding products to your cart go to your cart here.
  7. Check the products in your cart and select proceed to checkout.
  8. Enter your information and shipping address.
  9. Select your preferred shipping method.
  10. Select your preferred payment method and continue to place order.
  11. Round up the payment and check your email for a confirmation email.
Is it safe to order?

Your bank transcript will not have any kratom related payments on it and the package itself has no kratom references in or on it. We only deliver good quality products and guarantee our kratom are the best out there.

I did not receive a Confirmation Email

We will automatically send you a confirmation email. The email might have landed in your spam inbox. If you did not get this email, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is completed but why would you want to do that?

How do I cancel?
You can cancel your order using the contact form. Do not forget to mention your order number.

We charge a flat rate (regardless of how many weight or items). Shipping is free for orders over €50,-!

How are the products packaged?

The products are packaged discreetly. Only your address and our return address are on the package.

What is the Profkratom return policy?

While our return policy can be found here, the short of it is that we’re willing to accept a return on any unopened and sealed product as long as the customer contacts us within 14 days of the delivery date.
